Job Description

.HR Strategy and Business Partnership -

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, delivering HR insights and support to drive key business outcomes.
  • Leverage HR analytics to enable data-driven decisions and informed strategic planning.

Employee Relations (ER/IR), Compliance, and Governance -

  • Lead the overall ER strategy, including union engagement, relationship management, and negotiation of long-term settlements.
  • Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations with strong governance and timely execution.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and labour laws, including monitoring contract workforce practices and regulatory adherence.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate ER risks while collaborating with business leaders to address employee concerns and maintain a productive workplace.

Culture and Values -

  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking through targeted HR initiatives.
  • Align HR practices with the organization's core values and long-term strategic vision.

Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning -

  • Drive workforce planning to support business expansion and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all functions and roles.

Performance Management -

  • Manage the performance management framework to uphold high standards and foster continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate consistent performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees and leadership.

Talent Management and HiPot Development -

  • Identify high-potential talent and design customized development plans to accelerate their growth.
  • Implement robust succession planning to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles.

Leadership Development -

  • Design and deliver leadership programs to strengthen managerial and leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and develop future leadership talent.

Employee Engagement -

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies that cultivate a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Lead annual culture surveys and leverage insights to drive engagement, retention, and development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate in this role should have:

  • 15-20 years of experience with strong background in Business Partnering and Emp Relations
  • Strategic HR experience for both corporate & plant, in manufacturing industry
