Head Guard

Key Deliverables:

• Supervise guard teams with shift planning, roll calls, and discipline enforcement
• Oversee access control, patrol routines, and surveillance systems
• Handle incident response, emergency drills, and coordination with site/client
• Maintain shift records, reports, attendance, and audit documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure guards follow SOPs, site orders, and duty responsibilities
• Liaise with client representatives for service delivery and complaint handling
• Train new guards, enforce grooming and conduct standards
• Escalate critical issues and provide incident updates to Site In-charge
