Role Overview

As FinBox scales its business, the partnership with key ecosystem players becomes a very critical part of our goto market. This role is a significant and important role for the organization. We are seeking a seasoned leader, who develops and manages strategic partnerships with major Consulting partners (Big 3 and Big 4), and Global System Integrators to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, co-sell motions, and revenue growth

This role will be directly responsible for building executive relationships, enable partners to sell/implement solutions, and manage the pipeline, typically requiring 8-15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, business development, or channel management

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alliance Leadership: Develop and execute joint GTM strategies for a portfolio of GSI partners, focusing on moving from referral to repeatable, high-impact revenue streams
  • Co-Sell & Pipeline Generation: Drive partner-influenced and sourced revenue through account mapping, co-selling, and integrating solutions into GSI client roadmaps
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture executive-level relationships (Practice Leads, Partners) within GSIs to ensure the company is the preferred partner
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the partner deal pipeline end-to-end, including deal registration, forecasting, and closure. Work closely with regional sales and pre-sales team to ensure deal incubation and closure.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-15 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or channel sales, particularly within enterprise SaaS or technology sectors .
  • GSI & Consulting Partners Experience: Proven track record working with large GSIs and Consulting Partners such as Big 3 and Big 4, plus large GSIs such as Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys etc
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to build GTM strategies from scratch and navigate complex, large-scale matrixed organizations
  • Skills: Strong executive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills (working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams)
  • Education: MBA from reputed institute or equivalent
