TravelDham / Rising Star Tours & Travels + Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC)

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi

Full-time | Work From Office | Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–7:00 PM

We are looking for a community builder and growth leader who can create and scale strong, owned communities across both TravelDham and RSKC.

This is not a conventional community-management role focused only on comments, DMs or WhatsApp moderation. We want someone who can build communities from zero, activate them, create ambassador/captain networks, drive referrals and create measurable outcomes.

What you will build

For TravelDham, we want affinity-led travel communities such as:

Women travellers, senior citizens, doctors, engineers, RWAs, professional associations, families, solo travellers, accessible-travel groups and other niche communities.

The objective is to build communities that create:

engagement → trust → referrals → group departures → repeat bookings.

For RSKC, you will help grow and strengthen communities involving:

persons with disabilities, visually impaired travellers, wheelchair users, volunteers, accessibility advocates, NGOs, institutions and supporters.

The objective is:

participation, inclusion, volunteer engagement, partnerships and long-term community relationships — always with dignity and without pity-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale communities from zero.
• Create member-acquisition strategies through referrals, partnerships, RWAs, associations, influencers, events and existing customers.
• Develop Community Captains / Ambassadors.
• Create engagement systems so communities remain active between trips and campaigns.
• Build community-led departures and referral programmes for TravelDham.
• Strengthen participant, volunteer and partner networks for RSKC.
• Work closely with Instagram, Performance Marketing, CRM and Creative teams.
• Track community growth, engagement, retention, referrals, enquiries and outcomes.

• women/senior/alumni/RWA communities

You should be able to demonstrate

• Starting community size → ending size
• Time period
• How members were acquired
• Your exact contribution
• Engagement/retention/referral results
• Commercial or participation outcomes

This role is NOT for you if

Your experience is mainly:

• replying to comments,
• managing DMs,
• posting engagement content,
• or moderating an already-existing group.

We are looking for a builder, operator and growth thinker.
