Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Graphic Designer located in the Mohali district. The role involves leading and overseeing the design team to produce high-quality creative work, including graphics, branding materials, typography, and logos. The Head Graphic Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop visual concepts, ensure consistency in branding, and bring innovative ideas to life. The candidate will also manage design projects from concept to execution, maintain brand guidelines, and provide strategic direction to enhance the agency's creative capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design with an excellent understanding of design principles and practices
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create impactful identities and cohesive visual narratives
• Strong skills in Typography for effective communication through font design and layout
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a design team, ensuring creativity and collaboration
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Senior or Head Graphic Designer is preferred
