Designation Head - Global Supply Chain & Logistics

Location - Gandhinagar

About the Role

We are a rapidly scaling multi-brand global e-commerce & manufacturing group with production and warehouse operations across India and the United States, and customers across North America, Europe and global markets.

We are hiring a highly experienced Head of Global Supply Chain & Logistics to lead our international logistics, procurement, importexport compliance, and warehouse optimization initiatives across India, USA and global routes.

The ideal leader will bring deep expertise in air & sea freight, FedEx/UPS/DHL contract negotiation, HS code & customs compliance, procurement strategy, and warehouse cost optimization with strong commercial acumen and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global logistics across air, sea, courier & freight
• Negotiate & manage strategic partnerships with FedEx, UPS, DHL & forwarders
• Optimize India US outbound, India Global & China/US Import lanes
• Ensure 100% compliance on HS code classification, duties, valuation & documentation
• Oversee commercial invoices, COO, customs filings & audit readiness
• Drive procurement excellence, cost optimization & supplier negotiations
• Lead warehouse operations & efficiency improvement across India & US locations
• Build routing, consolidation & network optimization strategies
• Implement supply chain dashboards, KPIs & cost governance

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in global supply chain / logistics leadership
• Strong exposure to air freight, sea shipping & cross-border trade
• Proven track record negotiating large-scale carrier contracts
• Deep understanding of tariffs, duties, HS codes & import/export regulations
• Experience in manufacturing / e-commerce / global trade preferred
• Data-driven, analytical and P&L-focused mindset
• Strong leadership & multi-geography team management capability

Education (Preferred)

MBA / Engineering / Supply Chain Certifications (CSCP / CPIM)
