We are looking for a leader as Head FR and FP&A for Aluminium Business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end Consolidation and Standalone accounts monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and internal accounting policies.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial statements and management reports.
  • Act as the key interface with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and assurance teams, including closure of audit observations.
  • Oversee accounting judgments, provisions, estimates, and disclosure requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Digital in financial controls, governance, and reporting automation.
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
  • Develop and maintain robust MIS, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for business and functional leadership.
  • Provide insightful variance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Support strategic initiatives, capex evaluation, cost transformation, and profitability improvement programs.
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to enable digitally data driven decision making through Benchmarking.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing finance team, fostering ownership and analytical depth.
  • Coordinate with group finance, IT, and shared services for standardization and best practices.

Desired Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
  • 8–15 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or business finance, preferably in large manufacturing / metals / power organizations
  • Strong expertise in Ind AS / IFRS / financial reporting / consolidation.
  • Deep understanding of FP&A, business analytics, performance management, SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel / BI tools.
