  • Drive operating model restructuring-organization design, span & layer analysis, and process simplification.
  • Partner with CFO on strategic reviews.
  • Design and implement organizational restructuring plans aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with business heads, HR, Risk, Operations, and Technology to ensure alignment and execution

  • 17-20 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
  • Proven expertise in operating model design, and strategic program delivery.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to link initiatives to P&L and capital efficiency.
  • Strategic thinking & Execution along with Analytical rigour
