Job Description :

Budgeting & Forecasting:- Preparation and Consolidation of budgets/forecasts and cross-functional collaboration for the annual budgets of the company.- Preparation of the rolling forecast of the company basis performance.- Balance Sheet GL Scrutiny and review of schedules.- P&L Variance Analysis. Budget V/s Actuals, Review and escalation of exceptional expense items.Investor Relations:Strategic Communication:- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy and communication plan.- Craft clear, consistent messaging around financial performance, strategy, and market positioning.- Prepare investor presentations, earnings call scripts, and press releases.Stakeholder Engagement:- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.- Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
