What You'll Do
Lead Financial Operations: Own accounting, controllership, compliance, and financial reporting.
Drive FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
Act as a Strategic Partner: Work closely with leadership on cost optimization and ROI-focused initiatives.
Strengthen Reporting: Improve financial reporting processes for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
Manage Risk & Compliance: Identify risks and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Improve Efficiency: Streamline financial processes to enhance operational and financial performance.
Build & Lead Teams: Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
What We're Looking For.
Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / Master's in Finance.
Experience: 8-10 years in finance roles, with 3+ years in business finance.
Expertise: Strong grasp of financial strategy, accounting, compliance, reporting, and controllership.
Leadership: Experience in building and managing finance teams.
Mindset: High ownership, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial approach.
Bonus: Experience in staffing companies and grievance redressal.
