Job Description

Position: Head Finance

Location: Vapi

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities

Handling complete Taxation matters including Direct & Indirect Taxes - Income Tax, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Tax Planning & Compliance.
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory returns.
Handling Tax Assessments, Notices, Appeals, and liaison with Tax Authorities.
Advising on Tax Planning, optimization of tax liabilities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Managing overall accounting, financial reporting, and finalization of books of accounts.
Preparation of Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and variance analysis.
Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, RBI Guidelines, and other statutory regulations.
Coordination with Auditors, Banks, and other external agencies.
Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
