We are looking for an experienced Head – Finance Centre of Excellence (F&A COE) to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives, develop next-generation digital solutions, and partner with global clients to redefine Finance & Accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation programs across global engagements.

• Design and implement innovative digital solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning (ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), NLP, Semantic Search, and other emerging technologies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop transformation roadmaps, solution blueprints, proof of concepts (POCs), and best-in-class finance technology solutions.

• Drive maturity assessments across people, processes, and technology while recommending scalable transformation strategies.

• Lead workshops, executive presentations, and strategic client discussions with global stakeholders.

• Support Sales and Solution teams with RFP/RFI responses, solution consulting, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and contribute to whitepapers, digital assets, and solution offerings.

Domain Expertise Required

Candidates should possess strong functional expertise across:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Experience in transforming Finance organizations through intelligent automation, analytics, dashboards, and digital platforms is highly preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Consulting, or Global Business Services (GBS).

• Deep understanding of end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Pharma, or similar.

• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle, along with Power BI, SAP Analytics, or other visualization tools.

• Experience in Product Management, Agile delivery, Digital Transformation, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise technology implementation is highly desirable.

• Expertise in Pre-sales, Proposal Management, RFP/RFI responses, Solution Design, and Global Client Engagements will be a significant advantage.

Educational Qualification

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA / CPA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance.
