Role Title: Head-Finance & Accounts
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Experience range (in years)
10 yrs-15 yrs
Key Responsibilities (indicative not exhaustive)
The candidate should have work experience in listed companies, especially in handling RPT, SEBI, and LODR
Compliance and Reporting
- Lead finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strong internal financial controls and adherence to SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Drive implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Interaction with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
- Support requirements of the Audit Committee, CFO, CEO, Board of Directors, and Promoters through timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Oversee MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring
Taxation
- Head Direct and Indirect Tax functions across all group entities, including compliance, assessments, and litigation management
- Manage transfer pricing and international taxation matters.
- Coordinate with consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
Business Growth & Financial Evaluation
- Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Assess capital expenditure projects through capital budgeting techniques such as IRR, payback, and financial viability analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional committees for negotiation and evaluation of CapEx and OpEx procurement initiatives.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance
Technology & Process Transformation
- Lead SAP FICO implementation and group financial reporting initiatives
- Drive adoption of new technologies and finance automation tools including CRM and project management systems.
- Continuously enhance digital finance capabilities and process efficiencies.
Technical Competencies
