Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounts located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role focuses on overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and implementing strategic financial planning. The Head of Finance will also lead a team to ensure effective execution of financial policies and contribute to organizational growth through financial expertise and decision-making. Effective collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals is a critical component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and compliance with accounting standards
• Experience in Construction Field (RERA Mandatory)
• Strong skills in Budgeting and strategic financial planning
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and utilize financial data for decision-making
• Comprehensive knowledge in core Finance principles and practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively
• Experience in using advanced financial software and tools is desirable
