Head of Finance & Accounts: Bangalore

We are seeking a hands-on CA professional with 12-18 years of experience (preferably in Pharma, FMCG, or Consumer Healthcare ONLY ) to lead Finance & Accounts for the regulated business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, IND-AS, MCA), and audits.
• Drive rigorous cost control across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and overheads.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and working capital management.
• Ensure Pharma-specific compliance, including NPPA/DPCO norms.
• Partner with the CEO on MIS, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and strategic initiatives.
