This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of FI Partnerships & Distribution, based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include developing and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and driving business growth through effective distribution networks. This role will also involve negotiating agreements, identifying partnership opportunities, and fostering strong business relationships with key stakeholders. The candidate will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of partnerships to achieve organizational goals.

• Expertise in Business Relationship Management and establishing Strategic Partnerships
• Proficient Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and evaluate business outcomes
• Experience in developing and managing Partnerships to drive growth and scalability
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial services or asset management industry is a strong advantage
