Job Title: ERP Manager

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager with 6+ years of hands-on experience managing ERP systems, preferably within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing ERP implementation, optimization, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business processes across departments. Experience with the Frappe Framework is highly preferred, with Python knowledge considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems across the organization.
. Work closely with business stakeholders (sales, finance, operations, CRM, and management) to align ERP processes with business requirements.
. Lead ERP customization, module configuration, and integrations to support operational efficiency.
. Ensure data accuracy, reporting reliability, and system security within the ERP environment.
. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for ERP upgrades, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
. Develop process automation and workflow improvements within the ERP ecosystem.
. Monitor ERP performance and ensure high system availability and user adoption.
. Provide training and support to internal users for ERP functionalities and best practices.
. Maintain documentation of ERP configurations, workflows, and system architecture.
. Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
. 6+ years of experience managing or implementing ERP systems.
. Experience working with ERP platforms in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
. Strong understanding of business processes such as sales, finance, inventory, CRM, and project management.
. Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework / ERPNext or similar ERP platforms.
. Ability to manage ERP integrations, customizations, and workflow automation.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Experience managing ERP deployments, upgrades, and user support.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
. Python programming knowledge for ERP customization and automation.
. Experience with API integrations and system automation.
. Understanding of database management and reporting tools.
