Job Description

Role Overview

The EPC Head is responsible for end-to-end operational leadership of the organization's turnkey contracting business, including project execution, cost control, quality, safety, procurement, vendor management, and timelines. The role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, while driving operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

  • Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all turnkey projects (Interiors, MEP, fit-outs).
  • Ensure adherence to approved designs, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and statutory requirements.
  • Establish and monitor project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve execution challenges related to site conditions, design coordination, manpower, and materials.
  • Own project P&L, margins, and cost optimization across projects.
  • Approve budgets, estimates, rate analysis, and change orders.
  • Monitor cost overruns, variations, claims, and billing cycles.
  • Oversee procurement & contract strategies for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, planning teams, procurement, and execution staff.
  • Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for clients, consultants, and architects.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage project reviews, progress meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations.
  • Translate business strategy into executable operational plans.
  • Support the MD in expansion, capacity planning, and risk management.
