Location: Mumbai Experience: 10–15 Years Department: Corporate Insurance / Insurance Broking

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice. The role is responsible for business growth, client acquisition, insurance program design, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and establish the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice.

Develop business growth strategies and acquire large corporate clients.

Provide risk advisory and design comprehensive insurance solutions.

Lead placement of complex insurance programs and negotiate with insurers.

Drive Surety Bond and Bank Guarantee solutions.

Build relationships with clients, insurers, reinsurers, consultants and lenders.

Lead and mentor the practice team.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and claims support.

Represent the company at industry forums and networking events. Required Skills

Engineering, Liability, Marine, Property and Surety Insurance expertise.

Business development and strategic account management.

Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of IRDAI regulations.

Project management and leadership.

Strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM preferred.

10–15 years of experience in Corporate Insurance, Insurance Broking, Engineering Insurance or related domains.

Experience handling EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing or large corporate clients preferred
