This role is part of our Tyroo|CJ Business where in partnership with CJ global Leader in affiliate marketing software building access to 100K+ publishers bringing power of full funnel performance marketing.

Opportunity Landscape

  • Affiliate Marketing contributes 30-40% of Media Plan for large global businesses on back of sophistication of tracking technologies
  • Human Media, Programmatic and Fintech ecosystem has created high performance ecosystem which is leading to opportunities for marketers outside of Bigtech

We are a leading provider of cutting-edge Affiliate and Growth Marketing Software, empowering brands to scale their marketing efforts, optimize ROI, and drive sustainable growth. Our innovative solutions enable businesses to enhance their affiliate partnerships and streamline growth strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven partnership specialist to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.

This Leader will be responsible for building the market/category assigned and managing the sales P&L, running day-to-day operations and leading the aggressive growth plan of this cutting-edge Advertising Technology Platform

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise & Mid-Market Head you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our Affiliate and Growth Marketing solutions among Enterprise and Mid-Market brands. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting to pricing, proposal creation, and closing deals. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with CXOs and senior decision-makers, offering tailored solutions that address their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Identify and target Enterprise and Mid-Market brands for Affiliate and Growth Marketing Software adoption.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead qualification.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery, demo, negotiation, and contract closure.

Customer Engagement

  • Engage with CXOs, VPs, and other senior decision-makers to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that address customer needs.

Proposal & Pricing

  • Develop customized pricing strategies and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with business goals and deliver maximum value to clients.

  • Relationship Building

    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing their affiliate and growth marketing efforts.

    Performance Metrics

    • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and outcomes.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or performance marketing solutions.
    • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving or exceeding quotas.
    • CXO-Level Selling: Demonstrated ability to engage and sell to CXOs and senior leadership.
    • Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in creating pricing strategies and crafting compelling proposals.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing is a mandatory.
    • Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Deep Understanding of Digital Businesses
    • Proven track record in selling Digital Media/Marketing and Technology services and have a technological bent
    • Experience of working with startups or fast paced environment
    • 10 Million USD+ revenue portfolio managed
