Description--
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Engineering for Solar Projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading solar engineering initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale solar projects.
Responsibilities--
- Lead and manage solar engineering projects from concept to execution.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies for solar energy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Perform feasibility studies and site assessments for solar projects.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of solar systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 17-26 years of experience in engineering roles, specifically in solar energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies and systems design.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in simulation software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the solar industry.
