Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role with base location in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The role involves overseeing end-to-end engineering operations at Indian Site , ensuring smooth, reliable and compliant production Process. This position involves managing supplier relationships and co-ordinating closely with overseas R & D team to transalete innovative designs into scalable manufacturing solutions.
Key Roles
- Lead and Manage Engineering Operations in India for smooth and reliable production
- Co Ordinate with Contract Manufactueres , Suppliers, and the local EFM team
- Establish and Maintain standardised site engineering processes
- Monitor Supplier Performance and production Progress
- Ensure Compliance with safety, quality standards and regulations
- Serve as Primary liason between India site and Overseas site and R& D team
Requirements
- Graduate or Masters in Engineerring Subjects -Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/AI/Robotics
- Total 15 + Years experience in Manufacturing of Technolofy orientes Manufacturing sector
- Should have Minimum 8+ years years experience at leadership role in end to end Manufactring
- Candidates working in Electrical/ Electornics/ Robotics/Technological products would be proferred .
- Strong Leadership and team Management Skills
- Excellent Communication and Problem Solving abilities
- Proficent in Project Management and Engineering tools
- knowledge of Quality Assurance Standards and Safety regulations
