Job Description

Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to achieve business goals in the eyewear segment.
Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities in the retail sector.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to enhance platform capabilities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ecommerce strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Lead a team of professionals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and fostering professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in ecommerce operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Ecommerce should have:

A strong educational background in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
10+ years expertise in managing PnL for D2C, ecommerce platforms within the eyewear industry.
Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive performance improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tools.
