Lead the Electrical & Instrumentation department as HOD and establish technical and operational standards.

Ensure 100% availability of plant automation systems including DCS, PLCs, and drive systems.

Conduct breakdown analysis and implement preventive & predictive maintenance strategies.

Program, validate, and implement new control logic for process optimization.

Drive cost-saving initiatives in spares, inventory, manpower, and maintenance activities.

Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of MV/LV drives, VFD systems, UPS systems, smart MCCs, and turbine controllers.

Oversee DCS & PLC systems including Siemens PCS7, ABB 800XA, Schneider PLC/DCS platforms.

Manage gas analyzers, kiln analyzers, XRF/X-Ray analyzers, cross belt analyzers, weigh feeders, and instrumentation systems.

Monitor environmental systems such as CAAQMS, CEMS, stack monitoring, SOx/NOx monitoring.

Lead feasibility studies and execute instrumentation improvement projects.

Ensure zero accident operations and compliance with plant safety standards.

Train engineers, technicians, and operators to enhance departmental skill levels.

Oversee energy consumption analysis and instrumentation optimization initiatives.

Manage project activities including erection, commissioning, and validation of automation systems.
