Head -Domestic Transportation Division

Candidate should preferably be an MBA + B.E. (Chemical) with 10-15 years experience in similar capacity in Domestic Transportation handing ISO tanks and a proven track record in commercial activities, business development, monitoring and controlling operations to ensure customer satisfaction, claims prevention.

Must be able to lead, guide and evaluate the functional teams- commercial, operations, customer service & documentation, claims prevention, administration, accounts, contract negotiations, cost control & staff management, monitor and achieve targets in quantitative terms, finalize annual budgets, monitor performance against budgets on regular basis for all the regions and commercial business development & operations, identify opportunities for process improvements and drive cost efficiencies and be responsible for the PnL of the Company.

Should be able to develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and expand the company's Domestic Transportation division. Must have a good network and relationships with the players in chemical logistics industry and surrounding areas and should be up to date with current ISO Tank market trends regulations, procedures, compliances and best practices related to ISO Tank container operations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent sales & customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. Should be able to correspond and communicate with Principals and customers independently.
