The Opportunity:

The leader will be responsible for spearheading digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer/ employee experiences, driving operational efficiency, and achieving business growth. Ensuring alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business goals and objectives, the leader will develop policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and security, mitigating risks associated with digital projects. He / She will develop and execute the company's digital strategy, leveraging data analytics to understand trends and will integrate digital initiatives to enhance safety protocols. The leader will manage relationships with external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions, providing visionary leadership and strategic thinking to drive innovation across functional areas such as production, safety, compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Driving digital initiatives across various functional areas, they will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, optimizing costs, resources, and on-ground advancements for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech./MBA with 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, preferably 10+ years overall.
• They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication. Deep expertise in digital technologies, customer engagement, and strategy implementation is essential.
• Proven leadership in driving cross-functional teams, data analysis, and innovation in digitalization efforts are required attributes for this role.
