Job Description

The role is to Head, Build and Lead the Digital Products team by taking care of Commercial Banking arm of the Bank which largely covers MSME & Corporates, Rural - Tractor Loans, Logistics & Infra - CV, CE Loans & WC, Micro Credit, Gold Loans, Agri business.

  • Develop digital strategy in alignment with the business priorities
  • Design reusable architecture across products covering customer, sales, credit, recovery, risk, control/governance & reporting journeys
  • Building alignment across business, product, credit, risk, analytics, collections, reporting and technology functional leaders
  • Developing solution options in discussion with the technology function
  • Building Digital Product Capabilities through recruitment and development of personnel necessary with relevant functional and business skills across customer, recovery, risk and control journeys
  • Project Management of the solution including hand-holding journey implementation

The Successful Applicant

  • 18 plus years of work experience on the digital product side within commercial banking
  • Must have an experience of building the team and enhancing capabilities
  • Cross functional leadership by orchestrating collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Transitioning legacy product journeys into digital product road-map
