Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital & Audience Growth Leader with deep expertise in television, broadcast, and OTT ecosystems. This role will be responsible for driving large-scale digital growth, expanding content reach, and maximizing audience engagement across platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting TV shows, channel properties, and OTT content, with a proven ability to scale digital viewership, brand visibility, and revenue through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall digital marketing and audience growth strategy aligned with business and channel objectives
- Drive end-to-end digital campaigns for TV shows, serial launches, channel promotions, and special events
- Scale audience acquisition, engagement, and retention across platforms including YouTube, social media, OTT, websites, and mobile apps
- Lead video-first marketing strategies, focusing on content amplification and distribution
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms) with a strong ROI focus
- Collaborate closely with content, programming, and creative teams to deliver high-impact storytelling and campaigns
- Own and grow YouTube channels and digital video ecosystems, including monetization strategies
- Develop and execute social media strategy, including influencer and celebrity-driven campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager, and drive continuous optimization
- Build and strengthen brand presence across all digital touchpoints
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team
- Manage budgets, external agencies, and vendor partnerships effectively
Required Skills & Expertise
- 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing within TV channels, media networks, or OTT platforms
- Strong understanding of media consumption trends, TRP dynamics, and digital audience behavior
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media growth strategies
- Hands-on experience in YouTube growth, OTT promotions, and video content marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-backed decisions and ROI-focused campaigns
- Experience managing large-scale digital campaigns for entertainment content
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with leading TV networks, media houses, or OTT platforms
- Exposure to celebrity/influencer-led campaigns and entertainment marketing
- Strong understanding of regional and national audience segmentation
- MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred)
