Head Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the jewellery design team.
• Develop innovative and market-driven jewellery collections.
• Oversee design execution from concept to production.
• Conduct trend research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, and Sales teams.
• Ensure designs meet quality, commercial, and manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in jewellery design, including leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Uncut Diamnod, Polki, Kundan, Diamond, and Gold Jewellery.
• Proficiency in Manual Designing and CorelDRAW/CAD software.
• Excellent creativity, leadership, and communication skills.
