Job Title: Head Design - Luxury Interiors
Location:Mumbai
Company: Della Luxury Products
Working Days: 6 days a week (Travelling Required)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Design & Execution Head to lead end-to-end luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with premium/luxury interior brands, and a proven track record in both design conceptualization and on-site execution. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
. Lead the conceptualization and development of luxury interior design projects (residential, hospitality, and villas).
. Develop design strategies aligned with high-end brand aesthetics and client expectations.
. Review layouts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.
. Ensure design innovation while maintaining functionality and feasibility.
Project Execution
. Oversee end-to-end execution from design finalization to project handover.
. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with premium quality standards.
. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress against timelines.
Vendor & Material Management
. Work closely with luxury material suppliers and brands (furniture, lighting, finishes).
. Finalize specifications, BOQs, and procurement schedules.
. Ensure quality checks for materials and workmanship.
Team Management
. Lead and mentor a team of designers, site engineers, and coordinators.
. Allocate responsibilities and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
. Interface with clients for presentations, approvals, and updates.
. Translate client requirements into high-end design solutions.
. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
. Proven experience with luxury residential projects, villas, or hospitality interiors
. Prior experience working with premium/luxury interior brands is essential
. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing
Technical Skills
. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and other 3D visualization tools
. Strong understanding of working drawings, BOQs, and site execution processes
. Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
