Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the design and engineering processes for ropeway structures, ensuring adherence to quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
Develop detailed designs and structural plans for ropeway projects, incorporating innovative and sustainable engineering practices.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of design outputs.
Optimize design methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce project costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
Oversee the integration of advanced digital tools and technologies into the design process.
Ensure alignment of design outputs with the strategic objectives of the Ropeways Business.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the design engineering team.
Prepare and present detailed engineering reports to the Business Head and other stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design engineering function.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
12 to 18 years of experience in detail designing, structure designing, and project coordination within the infrastructure sector.
Proven expertise in cost-effective and quality design methodologies.
