  • Lead and manage a team of data scientists to deliver analytics projects.
  • Develop and implement data models to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Analyse complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy in all analytical processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and analytics.
  • Present findings and strategies clearly to senior management.
  • Build and maintain tools to automate data collection and analysis.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong expertise in data science and analytics.
  • Experience in private banking or the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with deep learning techniques, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment in production environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services for large-scale machine learning solutions.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with strong project management skills.
