Lead the IT Division dedicated to Credit Risk Management ensuring the implementation of the defined IT strategy and delivering high-performance solutions for credit risk steering and modeling, data sourcing, calculation including stress tests, reporting across Retail and Investment Banking activities.
- Drive the execution of the IT strategy for credit risk, aligned with global standards.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of credit risk solutions in collaboration with global teams.
- Ensure quality and reliability of IT developments and production.
- Manage and coordinate a large team in India.
- Maintain strong relationships with Risk and Finance Divisions, as well as external partners.
- Contribute to cost efficiency and value delivery within the allocated budget.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Information Systems and team management
- Expertise in scalable, cost-efficient credit risk architecture and modeling
- Deep understanding of banking challenges, risk models, and data requirements.
