Experience: 15+ years of relevant corporate sales experience in sectors such as FMCG, lifestyle, luxury goods, writing instruments, corporate gifting, or related premium categories.

Job Purpose: The National Corporate Sales Manager will lead and scale corporate business development across India. The role requires identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential corporate clients across key sectors such as Education, Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction, IT-BPM, Cement, Automobile, Banking, and allied industries. The position will be responsible for driving the national corporate sales strategy, expanding revenue streams, and positioning the company as a preferred partner for premium gifting. The role also includes leading and enabling regional corporate sales teams to achieve sales targets, strengthening client relationships, and driving consistent execution and market presence across all regions.

Skills Required:
Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho or similar tools for sales tracking and reporting
Strong financial understanding including contracts, commercial terms, invoices, and timely payment follow-ups
High degree of business acumen, analytical thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key internal and external stakeholders
Strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively across regions based on business requirements
