Job Description
Role: Head -Corporate Banking
Job purpose: Deal with the Banks (Govt./Private) & NBFC's to meet the fund's requirement of the organization
Location: Gurgaon
Role Accountabilities
Fund Raising
1. Reach out to potential lenders - Banks, NBFCs, Commercial Vehicle Finance, Leasing companies and other Financials Institutions.
2. Term sheet negotiation for With Bank / Financial Institutions
3. Loan Documentation, Security Creation and Disbursement Conditions Coordinating with Banks/FIs/Trustees/Legal Counsels for execution.
4. Servicing of Debt Facilities: Coordinating with internal team for timely repayment of debt Resolving any issues that may arise in debt servicing.
5. Compliance: Sharing information with lender partners and trustees for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly compliances.
6. Monitoring of covenants of Banks and ensuring compliance of requirements of Banks (viz Stock statement, USFE, Half Yearly submission etc) and RBI regulations (viz Requirements under export payments etc)
Treasury Management
1. Cash Flow Management at company level (Short Term and Long term both)
2. Assessing the working Capital Requirements of the divisions/company and preparing CMA
3. Projecting the Non Fund and Fund Based requirements for next 1 year based on Capex planning and operational planning
4. Monitoring LC/Buyers Credits/Suppliers Credit, Bank Guarantees etc
5. Monitor Forex positions and ensure hedging for the same
6. Strengthening processes of Treasury department through Automations and various treasury tools.
7. Submission and review of Key MIS covering all the deliverables at monthly level
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Education Qualifications: MBA in Finance / CA
Relevant experience: 1. 18+ years of experience in relevant field. Exposure in Project Financing is preferable. 2. Quantum of funds raised (at least INR 500 Cr.) through personal contribution. 3. Should demonstrate strength of networking and banking relationships.
Functional Competencies
1. In depth understanding on Business Models, Understand Ratios, Able to map commercial Tenders with Business models, Have exposure of multi-locational cash flow
2. Good Excel and Power Point skills,
3. Having exposure of raising Debt in past assignments
4. Submission and review of Key MIS covering all the deliverables at monthly level
