Job Description

This position is based at Circle Level. Overall responsible for improvement, governance and monitoring of Packet

CS and Volte Core Operations and KPIs at Circle level,

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations , Uptime , KPIs , Network Performance , Network Hygiene

Description : -

Reducing outages due to CR , Improve network uptime
Maintaining Network Uptime at Circle level
Monitor & Optimize network KPIs for Circle
Exhibit SME Role in Protocol Level Optimizations such Timers / Parameters in

Charging / Access / ISP interface etc .

Building network resilience
Network uptime of CS , PS and Volte . ( node wise ) % of nodes uptime > 99.995%
Eliminate repeat outages . Zero repeat outages (Target: zero incidents)
Network level Corrections / improvement using tools , profile analysis
VOLTE % traffic of SP increase
Error free change management ( zero service impacting post network

changes and ensuring end to end impact analysis before changes ) . 11. No of

changes converted to service impacting

Core Network quality-ASR,SCR,CST,PSR, Call mutes, MHT Variances.
Zero lost calls in the network. : Monitoring and timely upgraded of all links,

Nodes and POI and timely upgradation of links / capacities

MSRN audit , announcements

Network Upgrade & Ensuring Capacity availability

Description : -

Timely rollout of Upgrades & capacity of core Elements on

PACO,HSS,FNR,STP,DRA, Paco and IMS

Network elements with latest version
all Releases plans should be executed as per TAT
Working on Deployment of Core capacity with Central team , Ensuring utilization

is well within limits

Aligning Infra , Power , Space support for upcoming deployments and capacity
Finalize & drive Data Centre Strategy for Growth on Network in Circle , Ensure

full network resiliency / redundancies

Network capacity optimization (Load balancing, optimum Routing, Path

Optimization)

Day to Day analysis of Capacity , Planning data/ reports.
Following Guidelines & best practices released by OEMs , MS & Circle teams
Improve Resiliency, Architecture for Core , Signaling , PACO & Others viz .. MIP,

CMN, iSBC, IP-POI (NLD & Local) & Special projects
