Job Requirements

A strategic and creative leader to drive brand storytelling, content strategy, digital impact, public relations and integrated brand communication across all platforms. The role will be responsible for building a strong, consistent brand narrative, enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement through digital and social media, and ensuring impactful communication aligned with business goals.

The incumbent will play a key role in shaping brand perception through content, campaigns, PR, events and thought leadership while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution against timelines.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks and tone of voice.

Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication channels.

Strengthen brand visibility and reputation through impactful storytelling and strategic communication initiatives.

  • Content Strategy & Development

Lead the end-to-end content strategy across digital, social media, website, PR and integrated campaigns.

Create high-impact content plans that drive engagement, brand awareness and lead generation.

Oversee development of compelling content including blogs, articles, case studies, thought leadership pieces, videos and marketing collaterals.

Drive content innovation aligned with evolving market trends and audience preferences.

  • Social Media & Digital Impact Strategy

Lead social media strategy and digital impact initiatives to enhance reach, engagement and brand influence.

Develop and execute digital-first campaigns to strengthen online presence and audience connect.

Work closely with digital teams to optimize campaigns using insights, analytics and performance metrics.

Leverage digital platforms to amplify brand messaging and support business growth objectives.

  • PR, Events & Brand Communication

Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing, PR and corporate communication initiatives.

Drive media outreach, reputation-building and thought leadership visibility.

Lead planning and execution of corporate events, industry forums, leadership engagements and brand activations.

Ensure strong storytelling across campaigns and all customer touchpoints.

Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with leadership, business teams and external agencies.

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team across content, branding and communication functions.

Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, PR, design and product teams.

Manage agency relationships and ensure high quality and timely deliverables.

Drive strong team management, prioritization and execution excellence.

  • Project Management & Timelines

Ensure effective planning and execution of multiple initiatives with clear ownership of timelines and milestones.

Drive project governance to ensure delivery of campaigns and communication programs within agreed timelines.

Manage priorities effectively while maintaining quality, speed and consistency.

  • Digital & Analytics

Track content and campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.

Use analytics and market intelligence to support data-driven decision making.

Stay updated with industry trends, tools and best practices across branding, digital and communications.

Key Requirements

MBA / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

13–16 years of experience in brand management, content strategy or marketing communications.

Proven experience in building and scaling brand presence.

Expertise in social media strategy, digital impact strategy, PR and events.

Strong storytelling, writing and editorial skills.

Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.

Strong exposure to digital marketing, SEO and content analytics.

Demonstrated experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within strict timelines.

Experience in [Industry – e.g., Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Tech, etc.].

Exposure to B2B marketing and thought leadership content preferred.
