Job Overview
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and service-driven Luxury Retail & Lifestyle Advisor to support UHNI members with exclusive retail sourcing and personalised luxury experiences. The role involves staying ahead of global luxury trends, building strong relationships with international boutiques and dealers, and delivering rare, high-value retail solutions tailored to each member's lifestyle and preferences.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury retail, concierge services, or high-end hospitality and possess a deep understanding of global luxury brands, watches, jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle products.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrend Intelligence & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on global luxury trends, seasonal drops, collaborations, and brand launches.
- Track developments across international fashion weeks, watch fairs, jewellery showcases, and luxury exhibitions.
- Share insights with internal teams and proactively recommend products and opportunities to members.
Client Advisory & Personalisation
- Act as a trusted luxury advisor and personal consultant to members.
- Understand member preferences, lifestyle, and purchasing behaviour.
- Provide tailored recommendations and personalised sourcing solutions.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and relationship management.
Vendor & Brand Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury boutiques, authorised dealers, collectors, and private sellers globally.
- Negotiate pricing, exclusives, and special access for members whenever possible.
- Ensure all sourcing meets authenticity, compliance, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on assigned leads and follow up on progress.
Lead Management & Execution
- Track leads from initial enquiry through to final closure.
- Ensure timely response and follow-up on all client and sourcing requests.
- Categorise leads into hot, warm, and cold segments and manage accordingly.
Commercial Awareness & Reporting
- Understand pricing structures, margins, taxes, and import regulations across different regions.
- Prepare sourcing reports, product availability updates, and client-ready proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor communication, client interactions, and sourcing progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline and performance reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- 68 years of experience in luxury retail, luxury concierge, personal shopping, or high-end hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of global luxury brands across fashion, watches, jewellery, beauty, and lifestyle.
- Proven experience handling high-value transactions and UHNI clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
