Develop and implement efficient collections strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee day-to-day collections operations and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize collection processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve collection-related challenges.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor the collections team to maintain high levels of performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Collections should have:

A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in collections management within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
