We are seeking an experiencedHead -Cloud Collections & Strategy to drive revenue collections and improve cash flow across our SaaS business portfolio. The role will be responsible for managing customer receivables, reducing overdue payments, minimizing bad debt, and ensuring timely collections from enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both SaaS subscription/usage-based business models alongwith Telecom Products.

Candidate will lead collection teams, develop effective collection strategies, monitor customer payment behavior, and work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, and Operations teams to achieve collection targets.

• Lead and manage regional collections operations for SaaS customers and Telecom Customer.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce outstanding receivables.
• Monitor customer payment trends, identify risk accounts, and drive proactive collection actions.
• Ensure achievement of collection, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and bad debt targets.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal teams to resolve payment issues and customer disputes.
• Build strong customer relationships to facilitate timely payments while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting to enhance collection efficiency and Customer NPS w.r.t. Billing and Collections.
• Provide regular performance reviews, forecasts, and collection insights to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop collection teams across the region.
• Manage external collection agencies and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs/KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews with senior management and provide insights on collection trends and risks.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, telecom regulations, and applicable legal requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office utilities
• Knowledge of SAAS Products and telecom industry
• Knowledge of Compliances w.r.t. collection and recovery processes and billing system
• Strong analytical Skills & Decision-Making skills
• Knowledge of customer service processes

• Graduation/post-Graduation or related discipline is preferred with 10+ Years in B2B environment.
• Proven experience in collections within Telecom, SaaS, or technology-driven businesses.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing, enterprise collections, and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze collection performance and implement corrective actions.
• This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow, strengthening customer financial discipline, and supporting the company's revenue growth objectives.
• Proven experience managing large collection teams and high-value receivables.
• Strong understanding of credit, collections, aging analysis, DSO, bad debt, reconciliation, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience in handling both B2C and B2B/enterprise collections is preferred.
