To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the Head Civil Maintenance & Civil Capex Projects, VAML Jharsuguda.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure plant and infrastructure readiness during seasonal exigencies (summer/monsoon) through effective development of roads, drainage, and horticulture.
• Plan, budget, and execute civil infrastructure projects, ensuring cost optimization and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with SBUs to assess, prioritize, and implement civil infrastructure requirements.
• Drive strict compliance with HSE standards and lead safety initiatives across all site activities.
• Lead and develop teams of engineers, project managers, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
• Manage and strengthen stakeholder and vendor relationships for civil maintenance and capex projects.

Desired Skills:

• BE/BTech Civil; A Master's degree is preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in civil maintenance and capital expenditure projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in the aluminum industry
• Focused on Cost, Quality & Delivery (CQD) Optimization.
• Experience in Business Case Development & Capex Planning.
• Competence in Digital Project Monitoring Tools (Power BI, SAP, Excel-based BI Tools).
• Start to End Project Management & Resource allocation and Optimization
• Strategic thinker, capable of defining and communicating a long‑term vision aligned to business objectives
• 60% & above across education background with only 1yr of education gap
