We are seeking an experienced Head Chefspecialising in South Indian cuisine. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, curate and execute authentic South Indian menus, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include leading and managing the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with management to introduce seasonal or innovative dishes while staying true to traditional recipes.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Bangalore & Tamil Nadu style Dosa & Idlis.
  • Have expertise in standardizing operations across outlets for the same kitchen efficiency and consistent taste & quality.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing kitchen operations and effectively supervising team members.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory management, and kitchen cost control practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience in a professional kitchen is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a leadership chef role, particularly focusing on South Indian cuisine, is a significant advantage.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and creating a memorable culinary experience for guests.
