Signature ChopHouse is a smokehouse startup from Thrissur built around brisket, smoked meats, and serious intent.
We are building in a niche that is still taking shape in Kerala, and we are among the early brands trying to give it a real identity.
Our focus is simple: good meat, proper smoke, strong systems, and a dining experience that feels different from the usual.
We are still in build mode, which means this is not a plug-and-play kitchen job.
It is a chance to help shape a kitchen, a menu, and a brand from the ground up.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Head Chef who can lead the kitchen with skill, discipline, and clear standards.
This role is for someone who understands meat, respects process, and can build consistency without killing energy.
You will be responsible for shaping the food, running kitchen operations, leading the team, and helping define what Signature ChopHouse becomes in its early stage.
You will work closely with the founders to build a menu and kitchen culture that feels sharp, focused, and worth taking seriously.
