Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized institution, with a strong foundation in both classic and modern techniques.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of progressive experience in senior culinary leadership roles within luxury lifestyle hotels or high-end, concept-driven restaurants.
- Proven expertise in international cuisine, with the ability to reinterpret global flavors through a contemporary, locally inspired lens.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, experimentation, and storytelling through food, creating unique dining experiences that reflect the destination's culture and distinctive style.
- Strong, hands-on leadership approach with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower a diverse culinary team while fostering a collaborative and creative kitchen environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and efficient kitchen operations, balanced with a focus on quality, sustainability, and responsible sourcing.
- Exceptional communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with a natural flair for creativity and attention to detail.
