Head Chef - Latido Singapore

Latido is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of professional experience in Colombian, Latin American, or a closely related cuisine, with strong knowledge of traditional flavours, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

The role includes overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and consistency, developing menus, managing kitchen costs, and leading and mentoring the culinary team. We are looking for a hands-on chef with strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for Colombian cuisine.

Experience in Singapore or a high-volume restaurant environment is an advantage.
