Job Description
- Creation and improvement of best-practice based processes for Admin.
- To apply knowledge and expertise to assist the Business units in strategy development, tender
execution, contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation To pursue cost reduction and process streamlining, Responsible for leading the sourcing
effort, identifying potential suppliers and conducting negotiations on high-value or
strategic categories Procure products and services as per strategic plan of the organization for the assigned category.
Adhere to the standardization of policy/process framework, value for money, cost reduction (and
savings) by deploying category focused spend management approach and ensure management
reporting Develop & implement spend category plans.
- Creating awareness and appreciation, among stakeholders, about Procurement Policies & Process
and time required to deliver as per those processes Implement Procurement best practices for value enhancement to the end users Ensure continuous and complete adherence of the defined procurement processes by user
departments through effective communication Support Contract formulation to ensure commercially viable and legally valid contract that
protects company's interests Optimize spend to reduce cost to ensure savings Enhance and uniform service and products offering across
- Participate in developing robust Procurement Policy / Process Framework so that a planned
strategy and process is in place
- Management of procurement staff in sourcing, contracting, transactional
purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support
activities Ensure Management reporting so that management has access to relevant data and information
on procurement
