Responsibilities
- work closely with the business to formulate a long term and annual HR strategy and operating plan to deliver business objectives. Provide guidance for formulating business specific HR Policies and systems and ensure adherence to guidelines set by the Group. Oversee implementation of Admin policies for the; Set guidelines for business specific Admin policies and systems
Change management:
- Enabling building effective self-sustainable site led operating models.
- Influence business manager on change initiatives, provide the tools, framework, and the support to drive the implementation. Organization Structure:
- the incumbent will implement the right organization structure in the line with business priorities and goals to ensure optimum manpower productivity. This will be further supported by implementation of processes like performance management and talent development strategies to ensure a high-performance organization. Organization health and culture:
- The role entails driving the organization health principles and agenda and impact culture and employee engagement, identification of hot spot within the organization as it relates to overall organizational effectiveness and health and rolling out corrective / development actions. Productivity:
- Identify the plan and implement the key projects to improve the quality, reduce the cost, increase the productivity of the frontline teams. Talent Acquisition:
- Implement appropriate strategies for recruitment of quality hires across functions & regions, further supported by the right induction and on boarding processes.
- Manpower planning and forecasting basis business needs
- Talent acquisition for level of organization within defined TAT.
Qualifications
MBA/ PGDM in HR/PM or related field from Tier-1 business school in India or internationally recognized business school.
