The Head - Business Finance (Healthcare) is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and overseeing financial reporting and budgeting processes. The individual will be responsible for developing financial strategies, supporting business decisions through insightful financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with various teams to drive financial performance and provide leadership in financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and teams
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Master's degree or professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is considered an advantage
