Job Summary
The Head Business Development & Growth will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, client acquisition, relationship management, sales generation, and market expansion. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing campaigns, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
· Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
· Create marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
· Manage the organization's website and coordinate with vendors for website maintenance and updates.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
Business Development
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and bids in response to client requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry associations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
· Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
· Explore opportunities for market expansion and diversification of services.
Sales
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure.
· Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts.
· Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Generate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Revenue and sales target achievement.
· Number of new clients acquired.
· Business development opportunities generated.
· Client retention and satisfaction levels.
· Marketing campaign performance and lead generation.
· Growth in brand visibility and market reach.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
· MBA in Marketing/Business Development preferred.
· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, business development, and sales.
· Experience in B2B sales, consulting, certification, training, or professional services will be an advantage.
