1) Job Purpose

This role supports the Head of Analytics in driving both strategy and execution for Data & Analytics at ABC Digital (ABCD) across multiple banking products. It ensures that key priorities are translated into clear plans, tracked rigorously, and delivered on time.The role holder works across functions to bring alignment, solve execution bottlenecks, and ensure that analytics initiatives lead to measurable business outcomes.

2) Key Result Areas

1 . Strategy to Execution

.Translate analytics priorities into structured execution plans

.Track progress across initiatives and ensure timelines are met

.Support prioritization and focus on high-impact programs

2 . Program Management

.Drive end-to-end tracking of key analytics initiatives such as cross-sell, NBO, lead scoring, and customer analytics

.Coordinate across Analytics, Business, and Tech teams to ensure smooth execution

.Identify risks early and drive resolution

3. Business Impact Tracking

.Track delivery against business goals like GMV, conversions, cross-sell, and campaign performance

.Ensure analytics programs are delivering measurable outcomes

.Highlight gaps and drive corrective actions

4. Stakeholder Management

.Work closely with business heads, product, marketing, and tech teams

.Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes

.Support leadership reviews with clear updates and insights

5. Adoption of Analytics

.Ensure dashboards, models, and insights are actively used by business teams

.Identify areas where adoption is low and work with teams to improve usage

.Bridge the gap between analytics teams and business users

6. Governance & Communication

.Set up regular review mechanisms (weekly, monthly)

.Prepare structured updates, dashboards, and leadership presentations

.Bring clarity and consistency in communication across stakeholders

3) KPIs / Success Metrics

.Delivery of analytics-led business impact (GMV, conversions, cross-sell)

.% of initiatives delivered on time

.Adoption of analytics solutions across teams

.Improvement in campaign effectiveness and lead conversions

.Quality and timeliness of reporting and leadership updates

.Managing multiple initiatives across different business lines

.Driving alignment in a matrixed organization

.Ensuring analytics outputs translate into real business impact
